DURAL drainage membrane DR100++

Laying Dural DR100++ drainmat:

Before laying the mat, it must be ensured that the substrate is properly sealed. A slope of approx. 2% is also required. We offer, for example, the waterproofing and decoupling membrane as a sealant.

1. Cutting DR100++ to size: The first step is to cut the mat to size. Mat joints can be laid with 3 rows of studs overlapping, which must be taken into account when cutting to size.
2. Laying the mat: The DR100++ drainage mat is simply laid loosely on the previously sealed surface with the mesh facing upwards. Adjacent mats are overlapped with a width of 3 rows of studs. To do this, pull the fleece up a little on the long side. Alternatively, the mats can be laid end to end. Then tape over the joints with the sealing strip WP and mortar.
3. Sealing wall connections: If necessary, the wall connections can also be sealed with the tape and flexible mortar.

After laying, the rest of the covering construction can be started. Laying under gravel/split bed, drainage screed or pedestals is possible here. The DR100++ drainage mat can also be used for direct laying of at least 2 cm slabs.
