DURAL waterproof sealing strip WP

Application area for our DURAL waterproof sealing strip WP:

The DURAL sealing tape WP ensures a secure connection between the individual mats to create a continuous waterproof surface.

Thanks to its flexible and adaptable properties, the tape also enables reliable sealing in hard-to-reach corner areas or the sealing of pipe connections to prevent the ingress of moisture.

How to apply the DURAL WP waterproof sealing strip correctly:

As a sealant in wall/floor transitions and corner areas:

The WP sealing tape is applied in the corner areas overlapping the previously properly laid mats, such as the 30 m sealing mat.

1. Cut the tape to the appropriate length:
   Cut the DURAL sealing tape to size.
2. Apply tile adhesive:
   Using a 4 x 4 mm notched trowel, apply thin-bed mortar in corner areas and wall/floor transition areas.
3. Lay DURAL WP sealing tape:
   Press the DURAL Waterproofing Tape WP into the adhesive with a smoothing trowel without serrations, leaving no bubbles.

Use the WP sealing tape to seal mat joints:

1. Cut the tape to the appropriate length:
   Cut the DURAL sealing tape to size, e.g. with a cutter.
2. Apply tile adhesive:
   Apply thin-bed mortar to the joints using a 4 x 4 mm notched trowel.
3. Lay DURAL WP sealing tape:
   Press the tape into the adhesive with a notched trowel until bubble-free.
