DURAL angle profile made of stainless steel:

Our DURAL angle profile stainless steel is available in three different versions: matt brushed, shiny polished and natural (slightly shiny). All surfaces except natural are supplied with a protective film to protect the machined surface.

These L-shaped profiles are a proven all-rounder when it comes to neatly finishing and protecting tile edges. The DURAL stainless steel angle profile can also be used to protect and finish other floor coverings. Thanks to the heights of 2 to 30 mm, the product is versatile.

When laying around a corner, the profile must be mitred, as there are no corner pieces for this.

You must choose the profile height 1 - 2 mm higher than the thickness of your tile.

You can find samples of the profiles for preview in the linked accessories. The sample pieces always have a height of 10 mm. Please note that the punching of the leg may differ for these.

Anwendung

Einsatzgebiete für dein DURAL Winkelprofil aus Edelstahl:

Das DURAL Winkelprofil Edelstahl ist ideal für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen. Wo immer du einen sauberen Kantenabschluss für deinen Bodenbelag benötigst, bist du bei diesem Profil richtig.

So können die Profile zum Beispiel hervorragend für Treppenstufenkanten, Bodenbelagstrennungen und den Abschluss verschiedener Beläge genutzt werden.

Verarbeitung

So verarbeitest du das DURAL Winkelprofil aus Edelstahl:

  1. Auswahl der Höhe des Profils:
    Durch den etwas auftragenden Fliesenkleber sollte das Profil 1 - 2 mm höher ausgewählt werden als die Fliese stark ist. Um ein sauberes, bündiges Ergebnis bei deinem Fliesenabschluss zu erreichen, ist dieser Puffer unerlässlich.
  2. Auftragen des Fliesenklebers:
    Den Untergrund von Staub und Schmutz befreien und dann mit einer Zahnkelle Fliesenkleber an der entsprechenden Stelle auftragen.
  3. Profil anbringen:
    Nun den gestanzten Schenkel des DURAL Winkelprofils Edelstahl im Kleberbett eindrücken und das Profil ausrichten. Der Schenkel wird anschließend komplett im Kleber eingebettet.
  4. Fliese anbringen:
    Die Fliese ist bündig auf einer Höhe mit der Profiloberkante des Profils sowie mit einer Fuge von 2 - 3 mm zum Profil auszurichten.
  5. Ausfüllen der Fuge:
    Als letztes die Fuge vollständig mit Fugenmörtel ausfüllen.

Zum Kürzen des DURAL Winkelprofils Edelstahl kann eine Eisensäge oder eine Flex (saubere Trennscheibe verwenden) genutzt werden.

Pflegehinweise für das DURAL Winkelprofil Edelstahl:

Unsere DURAL Winkelprofile aus Edelstahl sind pflegeleicht und können einfach mit pH-neutralen Reinigern gereinigt werden. Aggressive, abrasive Reiniger sind zu vermeiden.

Mit dem passenden Reiniger und einem weichen Tuch kann das Profil von Staub und Schmutz befreit werden, wodurch die Profile langanhaltend ihre elegante Optik bewahren.
