Round edge tile trims made of different materials:
Quarter-circle profiles are an essential element in the tile industry. They are made from different materials, each with its own advantages. Common materials include aluminum, stainless steel and PVC:
Aluminum tile quadrant trims:
Quarter-circle profiles made of aluminum, for example, are extremely durable and versatile for indoor use. In our shop you can find them with an anodized surface in gold and silver. The chemical process applies a protective layer that protects the material from corrosion.
Round profiles made of aluminum with a powder-coated surface are available in white and black. The powder coating provides an additional protective layer and gives the material a smooth finish.
Stainless steel tile quadrant trims:
Quarter-circle rails made of stainless steel are another popular choice for many applications. They offer the highest strength and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in wet environments or outdoors.
Round profiles made of V2A stainless steel are available in three surface treatments. The brushed surface has a matt, ground look. Polished stainless steel impresses with a strong, shiny finish. The natural surface, on the other hand, has a natural look. The material is shown in its original state.
PVC tile quadrant trims:
Quarter-circle rails made of PVC are the cheapest alternative. They are light and easy to work with. Shortening these profiles is particularly easy compared to other materials.
They are used in areas that are subject to less stress. You can find two simple yet timeless versions in our shop in black and white.
