Application

Areas of application of the angle profile for bending made of stainless steel:

Whether in living rooms, shops or offices - this profile protects the edges of your tiles and ensures a clean finish

processing

This is how the angle profile for bending made of stainless steel is processed:

  1. Select the right height:
It is important to select a profile that is 1 - 2 mm higher than the thickness of the tile. This ensures a flush result and optimal edge protection.
  2. Apply tile adhesive:
First remove dust and dirt from the surface. Then use a notched trowel to apply tile adhesive to the spot where the profile is to be placed.
  3. Attach the profile:
The serrated leg of the profile is now pressed into the adhesive bed and the profile is aligned. Then the leg is completely embedded in the adhesive.
  4. Laying the tile:
Now the tile is aligned flush with the top edge of the profile and with a joint of 2 - 3 mm to the profile.
  5. Fill the connection joint:
Finally, the joint between the profile and the tile is completely filled with grout.

To shorten a hacksaw can be used.

The use of a curver simplifies the bending of the profiles but is not absolutely necessary.
