Our DURAL gradient wedge for holding glass made of finely ground stainless steel is installed in floor-level showers. The profile can safely hold glass panes up to 12 mm thick to limit splashing water in your bathroom.

If the DURAL glass support slope wedge needs to be shortened, a hacksaw or an angle grinder (use a new cutting disk) can be used to help. Always shorten it at the widest point and the shower area must be sealed beforehand. We offer products for this in the sealing category.
The frame for the glass should be provided with silicone or suitable rubber seals before fitting the glass pane to ensure that the glass does not rest directly on the bare stainless steel and to fix it in place.
This rail is specially designed for installation in level-access showers. The glass holder of the wedge is suitable for panes with a maximum glass thickness of 12 mm.
Our DURAL gradient wedge for glass support does not require any special care. It can simply be wiped down occasionally with a mild cleaner to maintain its shine and functionality.
