1. Select the right height for your profile:
   Since tile adhesive adds a little thickness, it is important to select a profile that is 1–2 mm higher than the thickness of your tile. Pay attention to the height so that you achieve a clean, flush result with your tile finish.
2. Apply tile adhesive:
   In the first step, apply tile adhesive to the substrate, which has been cleaned of dust and dirt, using a notched trowel.
3. Attach the DURAL aluminum functional angle profile:
   The punched leg of the profile is now pressed into the adhesive bed and aligned. Once the DURAL aluminum functional angle profile is in the intended position, the leg is completely embedded with adhesive.
4. Attaching the tile:
   Align the tile with the upper edge of the profile and a joint of 2-3 mm to the profile, then press it firmly into place.
5. Filling the joint: Finally, fill the joint completely with joint mortar. If necessary, the profiles can be shortened with a hacksaw.
