DURAL waterproof sealing strip WP

How to apply the DURAL WP waterproof sealing strip correctly:

As a sealant in wall/floor transitions and corner areas:

The WP sealing tape is applied overlapping in the corner areas on the previously properly laid mats, e.g. the shower waterproof membrane 30 m.

1. Shorten the strap to a suitable length: Cut the DURAL sealing tape to size.
2. Apply tile adhesive: Apply thin-bed mortar in corner areas and wall/floor transition areas using a 4 x 4 mm notched trowel.
3. Install DURAL sealing tape WP: Press the DURAL sealing tape WP into the adhesive with a smoothing trowel without serrations until it is free of bubbles.

Use the WP sealing tape to seal mat joints:

1. Shorten the strap to a suitable length: Cut the DURAL sealing tape to size, e.g. with our cutter knife 18 mm.
2. Apply tile adhesive: Apply thin-bed mortar to the joints using a 4 x 4 mm notched trowel.
3. Install DURAL sealing tape WP: Press the tape into the adhesive with a smoothing trowel without any bubbles.
