Shipping costs & delivery times
All prices include VAT. Small parcels are shipped via DHL. For bulky goods we use a specialist freight forwarder for safe delivery.

As soon as we ship your order, you receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the status at any time via NexCargo GmbH or call us on +49 89 215403520.
Please check the contents in the presence of the delivery driver. In the event of damage, you have the right to refuse acceptance and to complain directly to us. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
You bear the cost of the return shipment yourself. Alternatively, we can collect the goods for you – for this we charge a flat €45.00 cost and handling fee, which is deducted from the cancellation invoice.
Every parcel is tracked automatically by us. In the event of delivery problems, we often identify the cause in advance and take care of it – so that ideally you notice nothing of the problem at all.
