Shipping note:

If you receive a damaged parcel, we ask you to check the contents in the presence of the supplier. If the contents are damaged, you have the right to refuse acceptance and make a complaint directly to us. We will then deal with your case immediately and ensure that you receive a replacement as quickly as possible. If you have ordered items incorrectly, you will have to pay for the return postage yourself. Alternatively, we offer you the option of having the items collected, for which we charge a cost and handling fee of 45,00 €, which we will deduct from the cancellation invoice. A collection organised by us cannot be refunded via PayPal.

Where is my delivery at the moment?

This is very easy for you to see! As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive a E-Mail with the tracking number of your parcel. Click on the tracking number in this e-mail to find out the current status of your consignment. If you don't have your e-mail at hand, you can also contact us at +49 89 215403520 call. About the page of CAMEL24 you can also enter your tracking number and immediately view the current status of your consignment.

Every parcel is automatically tracked by us to your home using the consignment number. If there is a problem with the delivery of your parcel, we often recognise the cause in advance and get in touch with you and the deliverer of your shipment. In the best case scenario, you will be informed of the problem nothing at all with :)
