The straight edge tile trim brass natural is suitable for areas where tile edges are exposed to extreme loads or heavy use. It is an extremely robust profile that serves as a reliable tile finish, particularly in industrial places.

Our profile ensures high stability and offers reliable protection for the tile edges, even under demanding conditions. The brass angle profile ensures that the tiles remain protected and aesthetically pleasing in the long term, even in demanding environments. In the corner area, the profiles must be mitered.

Processing of the brass straight edge tile trim:

  1. Select the correct height for your profile: Due to the tile adhesive, which is slightly thicker, it is important to ensure that the profile is 1 - 2 mm higher than the thickness of the tile.
  2. Application of the tile adhesive: Once you have removed dust and dirt from the substrate, you can apply the tile adhesive to the relevant area using a notched trowel.
  3. Attach the profile: Now press the natural Brass straight edge tile trim into the adhesive bed with the punched leg and align it. Then embed the leg completely in the adhesive.
  4. Attach the tile: Align the tile flush with the top edge of the profile and with a gap of 2 - 3 mm to the profile.
  5. Fill the joint: Finally, fill the joint completely with grout.

If the natural brass straight edge tile trim needs to be shortened, a hacksaw or an angle grinder (use a new cut-off wheel) can be used.
