If the natural brass straight edge tile trim needs to be shortened, a hacksaw or an angle grinder (use a new cut-off wheel) can be used.

No special care is required for the Brass straight edge tile trim.
If necessary, simply wipe with mild cleaning agents and a cloth. Just make sure that no aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents are used, as this could damage the surface.
