Self-leveling DURAL pedestal BA:
The DURAL self-leveling pedestals BA are suitable for laying terrace slabs, tiles and other ceramic tiles.
With their self-leveling function and automatic slope compensation of up to 5%, they enable easy and precise installation. The system is based on an intelligent plug-in principle that enables problem-free configuration and installation.
These bearings complement the heights of the Pedestal bearing MB. There are three different, height-adjustable versions:
- 47 - 62 mm
- 77 - 112mm
- 133 - 165mm
DURAL self-leveling pedestals BA are specially developed for outdoor use and are mainly used on balconies and terraces. Just make sure that the panels have a minimum thickness of 2 cm.

Installation of DURAL pedestal supports BA:
If required, an extension piece can be screwed into each support.
Depending on the size of the slab, a different number of supports per slab must be used.
- Preparation of the substrate:
The substrate must be load-bearing. Suitable substrates are e.g. concrete, wood or grit/gravel. When used in grit/gravel, 40 x 40 cm base plates must be installed. Depending on the construction situation, the substrate must also be properly sealed in advance and a DR80++ drainage mat laid if necessary. - Positioning the pedestals:
Start positioning the pedestals in a corner and adjust the height accordingly. Check the height for evenness using a spirit level. - Laying the slabs:
Finally, lay the slabs.
The lower support surfaces can be sawn off in the edge area so that they do not protrude sideways.
