Stair nose tile edging trim with rubber insert

Processing of the stair nose tile edging trim:

1. Selecting the appropriate height: Choose the height of the profile 1 - 2 mm higher than the thickness of the tile. With a buffer of 1 - 2 mm you get a clean and flush result.
2. Spreading tile adhesive: First, remove dust and dirt from the surface to which the profile is to be attached. Then apply the adhesive using a serrated trowel.
3. Attach profile: After the adhesive is applied, the punched leg of the stair nosing profile with rubber insert pressed into the adhesive bed. At the same time, align the profile. Now the leg is completely embedded in the adhesive.
4. Installing the tile: The tile is laid so that it is flush with the top edge of the profile and with a joint of 2 - 3 mm to the profile.
5. Fill the gap: Finally, fill the joint completely with joint mortar.

If necessary, a hacksaw can be used to shorten the profile.
