Processing
Processing
Processing of the natural aluminium square profiles:
- Height selection of the profile:
Select the profile 1 - 2 mm higher than the thickness of the tile. This buffer is essential to achieve a clean, flush finish on your tile edge. - Apply tile adhesive:
First remove dust and dirt from the substrate and then apply tile adhesive to the corresponding area using a notched trowel. - Attach natural aluminium square profile:
Press the punched leg of the profile into the adhesive bed and align the profile. The leg is then completely embedded in the adhesive. - Fitting the tiles:
The tile must be aligned flush with the top edge of the profile and with a joint of 2 - 3 mm to the profile. - Filling the joint:
Finally, fill the joint completely with grout.
If the natural aluminium square profile needs to be shortened, a hacksaw can be used.
