If you receive a damaged package, please inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery person. If the contents are damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery and file a claim with us directly. We will handle your case immediately and ensure a fast replacement.
If you ordered the wrong item, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup for you. We charge a handling fee of €45.00 for this, which we deduct from the credit note. A return organized by us cannot be refunded via PayPal.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Click on the number to track your parcel status.

Each parcel is automatically tracked to your door. If there’s a delivery issue, we usually spot it in advance and proactively reach out to you and the shipping provider. In the best case, you won’t even notice there was a problem :)
