We offer all common payment methods – flexible, secure and convenient. You will always receive an invoice with correctly stated VAT.
Shipping costs & delivery times
All prices include VAT. Small parcels are shipped via DHL. For freight items we use specialist carriers for safe delivery.
Important notes
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track the status at any time via CAMEL24 or call us at +49 89 215403520.
Please check the contents in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damage, you have the right to refuse acceptance and file a complaint directly with us. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Return shipping is at your own expense. Alternatively, we can collect the goods for you – we charge a flat fee of €45.00 for costs and handling, which will be deducted from the cancellation invoice.
Every package is automatically tracked by us. In case of delivery problems, we often identify the cause in advance and take care of it – so that ideally you never even notice there was a problem.
