Aluminium silver stair profile for floor coverings to slide in:

Get a secure finish for your step edges with the silver anodised slide-in profile for stair treads.

The stair edge profile has a matt silver anodised surface. The wide support leg, which is drilled into the staircase, provides additional support. The downward-facing nose of the profile covers the front edge of the staircase to conceal any joints and protect the area.

Processing

Processing the aluminium stair step insert profile

  1. Place the profile on the substrate and align it
  2. Secure the profile to the substrate using sufficiently dimensioned dowels/screws
  3. Cut the profile to mitre for corner formation. Seal the mitre joint with a neutral cross-linked silicone.
  4. Before inserting the safety inserts, clean the adhesive surfaces and remove any substances that could impair adhesion.
