Possible applications for DURAL PVC square profiles:

DURAL PVC square profiles are designed for indoor use, where they are used to both visually enhance the finish of tiles and protect their edges, and are particularly suitable for rooms and areas that are not subject to high levels of stress.

It should be noted that we do not recommend the use of DURAL PVC square profiles outdoors due to their properties and performance in various conditions.

Processing the DURAL PVC square profile:

1. Select the right profile:
   To align the tile and profile flush with each other, allow for a buffer as the tile adhesive will be applied. Therefore, select the height of the profile 1 - 2 mm higher.
2. Applying tile adhesive:
   Now apply the tile adhesive with a notched trowel to the substrate, which has been cleaned of dirt.
3. Attaching the DURAL PVC square profile:
   The profile is now pressed into the adhesive bed with the punched leg and aligned. Then embed the leg completely.
4. Attach the tile:
   Align the tile with a joint of 2 - 3 mm to the profile and flush with the upper edge of the profile and press it into the adhesive.
5. Close the joint:
   Completely fill the joint with grout.

If necessary, simply shorten the PVC profiles.

Maintaining your DURAL PVC square-edged profile is very simple and requires only a few steps.

For effective and safe cleaning, we recommend the use of pH-neutral cleaners. The profiles can be easily wiped with a soft cloth and cleaning agent to remove dust and dirt, but to maximize the life of the product, avoid using aggressive chemicals or abrasive cleaners as these could damage the surface.
