If you receive a damaged parcel, we ask you to check the contents in the presence of the supplier. If the contents are damaged, you have the right to refuse acceptance and complain to us directly. We will then deal with your case immediately and ensure that you receive a replacement as quickly as possible. If you have ordered items incorrectly, you would have to pay for the return shipment yourself. Alternatively, we offer you the option of having the items collected, for which we charge a handling fee of €45.00, which will be deducted from the cancellation invoice. A collection organized by us cannot be refunded via PayPal.

Click on the tracking number in this email to find out the current status of your shipment. If you don't have your email to hand, you can also simply call us on +49 89 215403520. You can also enter your tracking number on the CAMEL24 website and check the current status of your shipment immediately.
Every parcel is automatically tracked by us to your home using the consignment number. If there is a problem with the delivery of your parcel, we often identify the cause in advance and get in touch with you and the deliverer of your shipment. In the best case scenario, you won't even notice the problem :)
