DURAL aluminium straight edge tile trim Rocks:
With the L-shaped DURAL Aluminium Rocks corner profile , you get a versatile product for an elegant tile finish. To install a DURAL Aluminium Rocks corner profile around a corner, it must be mitred. There are no special corner pieces available for this.
The surface of the profile features a finely textured coating to perfectly replicate the appearance of the respective stone. The powder coating is available in the finishes Vulcan, Granite, Sandstone, Pumice, Graphite Slate, Basalt and Limestone, offering the right finishing profile for every setting. The coating also provides enhanced corrosion protection, making the profile suitable for use in bathrooms as well.

How to install your DURAL aluminium corner profile:
- Choose the right height for your profile:
As the tile adhesive adds a little thickness, it is important to choose a profile that is 1–2 mm higher than the thickness of your tile. Pay attention to the height to ensure a clean, flush finish at the edge of your tiles. - Applying tile adhesive: First, apply tile adhesive to the substrate, which has been cleaned of dust and dirt, using a notched trowel.
- Fitting the DURAL Aluminium Rocks angle profile: The punched flange of the profile is now pressed into the adhesive bed and aligned. Once the DURAL Aluminium Rocks angle profile is in the correct position, the flange is completely embedded in the adhesive.
- Fitting the tile: Align the tile so that it is level with the top edge of the profile and leave a 2–3 mm gap between the tile and the profile, then press it firmly into place.
- Filling the joint: Finally, fill the joint completely with grout.
