Whether for bathrooms, kitchens, floors or façades - OTTOSEAL® S 125 is a versatile premium silicone for indoor and outdoor use. The low-odour sealant is easy to apply and impresses with its high elasticity and strong adhesion - even on modern design coverings such as vinyl, PVC or rubber.
Thanks to its fungicidal finish, OTTOSEAL® S 125 reliably protects against mould infestation - ideal for damp rooms and hygienically sensitive areas. Its tested suitability for food-related use (ISEGA) also makes it the perfect solution for kitchens, canteens and catering areas. For other applications, you can find more silicone caulk and decorators caulk in the corresponding category.
Available in numerous colours - including many matt shades - OTTOSEAL® S 125 ensures a harmonious joint pattern for any floor covering or sanitary project. A real all-rounder for professionals and detail-loving DIY enthusiasts.

OTTOSEAL® S 125 is a real all-rounder for joints of all kinds - in private, commercial and public areas:
- Floor joints: Elastic joints in designer and plastic flooring such as vinyl, PVC, linoleum or rubber.
- Sanitary areas: Joints on washbasins, bathtubs, showers, toilets or worktops.
- Windows & doors: Connection joints on wooden, plastic or metal frames.
- Kitchen & food areas: Tested for hygienically sensitive areas - e.g. catering, commercial kitchens or counter areas.
- Mirror sealing: Suitable in combination with ceramic, glass or metal.
- Facades & outdoor areas: Weather and UV-resistant - ideal for joints on concrete slabs or parapets.

How to use OTTOSEAL® S 125 correctly:
OTTOSEAL® S 125 is a versatile silicone for a wide variety of joint applications - from elastic floor connections to damp rooms.
Joint preparation:
- Clean the substrate thoroughly: free of dust, grease and release agents.Remove old sealants completely.
- Use primer according to the adhesion table if necessary.
- Provide joints with suitable backfill material (e.g. PE round cord). Application:Insert cartridge into a suitable silicone gun.
- Inject material evenly into the joint.Smooth with smoothing agent (e.g. OTTO smoothing agent) and our multitool 2 in 1 Fugenfux.
- Ensure even application for optimum adhesion.
After application:
- Remove fresh residues immediately with a suitable cleaner.
- Skin formation after approx. 10-20 minutes - depending on temperature and humidity.
- Complete curing: approx. 1-2 mm per day.

- Remove cleaning agent residues: Always rinse with clean water.
- No high-pressure cleaners: These can loosen or damage the sealant.
