How to install the aluminum cover profile:
As already mentioned, you can choose between a drilled, an undrilled and a self-adhesive version, whereby the installation varies depending on the version.
The profiles can be easily shortened with the appropriate tools.
Processing self-adhesive cover profile:
- First cut the profile to the length that suits you
- Make sure that the surface to which the profile is to be glued is free of dirt
- Press the profile firmly into the intended position
Processing drilled cover profile:
- Shorten the profile to suit you
- Place the profile in the intended position and mark the floor/wall through the pre-drilled holes
- Drill holes in the floor/wall at the markings
- Drill appropriate dowels into the freshly drilled holes
- Screw the profile in place
Processing cover profile undrilled:
- Shorten the profile to the correct length
- Predrill the profile at the intended points
- Place the profile at the intended point and mark the floor/wall through the predrilled holes
- Drill holes in the floor/wall at the marked points
- Drill appropriate dowels into the freshly drilled holes
- Screw the profile in place

Care advice
The right care for your aluminum cover profile:
Not much is needed to clean the profile. Make sure that you use mild cleaning agents and a soft cloth with which you can easily remove dust and dirt, but you should avoid aggressive cleaning agents. These could damage the surface.
