How to install our self-adhesive waterproofing membrane WS:

1. Preparing the substrate:
   The first step is to remove dirt and dust from the surface to which the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is to be attached. The substrate is then sprayed with the primer. Use a little more primer for highly absorbent substrates. Leveling measures must be carried out in advance.
2. Attaching shaped parts such as corners and sleeves:
   After the substrate has been properly prepared, the necessary shaped parts are attached first. To do this, simply remove the foil on the back and press the corresponding molded part onto the wall. Smooth out any bubbles as far as possible with a squeegee.
3. Seal transition and corner areas:
   Use the self-adhesive WS sealing tape for this. Again, simply remove the film on the back and press the tape into the corner areas using a squeegee or spirit level.
4. Attaching self-adhesive sealing membranes:
   The cut-to-size membranes can now be attached by first removing the middle strip on the back of the membrane. Now align the membrane in the appropriate place. Make sure that the dark yellow areas of the molded parts are overlapped. Once the strip has been positioned, you can now carefully peel off the film on the back and simultaneously remove any bubbles with a squeegee. Always apply further strips overlapping the dark yellow edge strip of the previous strip so that these areas are covered with fleece.
5. Finish off the dark yellow edge strips with fleece strips:
   Before the tiles can be laid, any remaining dark yellow edge strips must be covered with the self-adhesive strip.Once the waterproofing has been fully applied, you can start laying the tiles straight away.
