Self-adhesive sealing tape WS

Application area of the self-adhesive sealing tape:

The self-adhesive sealing tape WS provides a robust and reliable seal that protects against moisture and water damage and is applied in transition and corner areas.

Specially designed as an accessory for the Self adhesive shower waterproof membrane WS.

Apply the self-adhesive sealing tape as follows:

Attach moulded parts to seal the corners before the tape. The self-adhesive sealing tape is then applied one step before the self adhesive shower waterproof membrane WS is laid.

1. Apply spray primer WS:
   First of all, spray the previously cleaned surface with the primer. If the surface is highly absorbent, a little more should be applied.
2. Cut the self-adhesive sealing tape WS to the appropriate length: Use a cutter knige 18 mm to cut the tape to the appropriate length.
3. Attach the self-adhesive WS sealing tape:
   First fold the tape once in the centre. Then partially remove the film on the back of one side and align the tape in the corresponding position. Now gradually press the tape onto the surface, e.g. using a spirit level, and remove the film.

For moulded parts in the corner area, apply the self-adhesive sealing tape overlapping over these.
