The tileable DURAL U-profile stainless steel was manufactured to accommodate glass panes up to a thickness of 12 mm.
It can also be used universally in glass construction. In addition to the shower, it can be used, for example, on a glass partition or as edge protection for the glass balustrade. The robust U-profiles are ideal wherever sheet metal folding is required for glass protection or as a fastening profile.

If the profile needs to be shortened, a hacksaw or an angle grinder (use a clean cutting disc) can be used to help.

To ensure that the glass pane does not rest directly on the bare stainless steel and is firmly fixed, we recommend using silicone or inserting suitable rubber inserts into the profile. This ensures a secure and stable fixing.

The DURAL U-profile stainless steel tileable does not require any special care and can be kept clean by regular wiping, using only pH-neutral cleaning agents to ensure optimum care. Make sure that no aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents are used, as these could damage the surface of the profile.
