With the L-shaped DURAL angle profile aluminum black you get a versatile product for your elegant tile finish. In addition to tile finishing, the profiles can also be used as carpet or parquet finishing protection.
In order to lay a DURAL angle profile aluminum black around a corner, it must be mitred. There are no special corner pieces for this.
The profile is powder-coated to maintain its elegant black look. The coating also results in increased corrosion protection, which enables the profile to also be used in the bathroom.

- Choose the right height for your profile:
As the tile adhesive is slightly thicker, it is important to select the profile 1 - 2 mm higher than the thickness of your tile. Pay attention to the height so that you achieve a clean, flush result at your tile finish. - Apply tile adhesive:
The first step is to apply tile adhesive with a notched trowel to a substrate that has been cleaned of dust and dirt. - Attach the DURAL aluminium straight edge tile trim black:
The punched leg of the profile is now pressed into the adhesive bed and aligned. Once the DURAL aluminium straight edge tile trim black is in the intended position, the leg is completely embedded with adhesive. - Attach the tile:
The tile is now aligned and pressed down at the same height as the top edge of the profile and with a joint of 2 - 3 mm to the profile. - Filling the joint:
Finally, fill the joint completely with grout.
The profiles can be shortened with a hacksaw if necessary.
