This heavy-duty profile is particularly suitable for industrial operations where chemicals may also be used. With the DURAL angle profile V4A stainless steel you get a high-quality solution for demanding tile installations in heavily used environments. In corner areas the profile must be mitred cut.
Always select a profile height 1 - 2 mm higher than the thickness of the tile.

How to install your V4A stainless steel angle profile:
- Select the correct height for your profile:
For a flush and clean tile finish, select the profile 1 - 2 mm higher than the thickness of the tile. - Applying tile adhesive:
Remove dirt and dust from the substrate and then apply the tile adhesive to the appropriate area using a notched trowel. - Attaching the profile:
Now press the DURAL V4A stainless steel angle profile into the adhesive bed with the punched leg and align it. - Attaching the tile
The tile must be aligned flush with the upper edge of the profile and with a joint of 2 - 3 mm to the profile. - Filling the joint:
Finally, fill the joint completely with grout.
If the DURAL angle profile V4A stainless steel needs to be shortened, a hacksaw or an angle grinder (use a fresh cutting disc) can be used.
